On the 31st of December 1999, a still unknown Vladimir Putin became the President of Russia. In 2018, Putin will most likely win the elections and remain president for another six years. So, when this next legislative term is finished, in 2024, Putin will already have ruled Russia for 25 years. Is he the new Tsar of Russia? Let's see it!
