Joke : While on a car trip, an elderly couple stopped at a roadside restaurant for lunch. The old woman left her glasses on the table, but didn't miss them until they had traveled 5 miles further down the road.        Her husband turned the car around and drove back towards the restaurant, complaining all the way about how forgetful she was.     When they finally arrived at the restaurant, the old woman got out of the car to retrieve her glasses.As she walked across the car park her husband shouted after her, "While you're in there, you may as well get my hat, too."

Customer     • You bought two items from a shop but there is a problem with both of them.
• The shirt was for your brother’s birthday but he doesn’t like the colour.
• After you took the camera out of the packet, you discovered it was broken.
• You want your money back!
Explain the problem to the shop assistant.
Shop Assistant       You need to listen to the customer’s complaint. Find out:
• What items the customer bought            • When they bought them
• What  problems they have - with the items       Try to find a solution!
The shop assistant is unable to pacify the customer so takes him to the manager.

Manager        You have  the discretion to decide and reach an amicable solution .

The manager involves in convincing the customer.
