How to create an email template in Outlook

 


Microsoft Outlook is an email software set up that allows users to send and receive email on their devices. Microsoft Outlook is available as a part of the Microsoft Office package. It is also available separately.

You can use email templates to send messages that include information that does not change from message to message. You can compose and save a message as a template, and then reuse it when you want it. New information can be added before the template is sent as an email message.

How to create an email template in Outlook:

Step 1: Log in to your account at Outlook.com.

Step 2: Then select Home and then New Email.

Step 3: Now in the message body, enter the content that you want.

Step 4: Then in the message window, click on File and then on Save As.

Step 5: In the Save As dialog box, in the Save as type list, click on Outlook Template.

Step 6: Finally, in the File name box, type a name for your template, and then click on Save.
