Failures are the stepping stones for Success

Albert Einstein : Mathematician and scientist was scolded by his school teacher for not paying attention to his mathematics and for not being able to solve simple problems. She told him that he would never achieve anything in life.

Thomas Edison: When Thomas Edison invented the light bulb, he tried over 2000 experiments before he got to work. A young reporter asked him how he felt to fail so many times. He said,” I never failed once, I invented the light bulb, It just happened to be a 2000 step process.”

Chester Carlson: He took his idea to 20 corporations in 1940’s. They all turned him down. After seven long years of rejections, a tiny company in Rochester agreed to purchase the rights for his invention – an electrostatic paper copying process which developed into the Xerox machine.

Walt Disney : The pioneer of cartoons and animation was fired by a newspaper editor because he had ‘no good ideas’.

Beethoven : His music teacher once said of him” As a composer he is hopeless”. This musician went on to compose some of the world’s finest music. In fact some of his most famous music was composed after he became deaf.
